• Start Outlook Express
  • ( The Outlook Express Window will appear)

• Click on Tools Menu
• Click on Accounts

• The Internet Accounts Dialog box Window will appear

• Click on Add button, then choose Mail from the list

• In the text box labeled Display Name, type your name (exe : Host Khiladi )
  and click "Next."  
  • (  When  you send emails to others....... this name will display in the from section. )

• In the Email Address box, type your Email address (exe : info@hostkhiladi.com)
  and click "Next."

• Select "POP3" in "My incoming mail server is a…." section.
• In the Incoming mail (POP3) server box, type "mail.hostkhiladi.com"
  • You will have to replace domain name according to your email (mail.yourdomainname.com)
• In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type "mail.hostkhiladi.com"
  • You will have to replace domain name according to your email (mail.yourdomainname.com)
  • The both POP and SMTP entry will remain same.
• Click "Next."

• In the "Account name" type your email user name. (exe : info)
• In the "Password Area" type your password.
• Click on "Next"

• Click "Finish" to come out from this dialog box.

• Click on "Mail" Tab as shown in figure.
  • Your recently created email account will display in the list (exe : mail.hostkhiladi.com)
• Select "mail.hostkhiladi.com" in the list.
  • "mail.hostkhiladi.com" will be different according to your email settings.
• Click  on "Properties" button.

• Properties Dialog Box will appear.
• Click on "Server" Tab as shown in figure.

• Activate "My server requires authentications". (see figure below)
• Click on "Settings" button.

• "Outgoing Mail Server" dialog box will appear.

• In the "Account name" again type your same email user name. (exe : info)
• In the "Password Area" again type your same password.
• Click on "OK"
• Click on "OK"
• Click on "Close" to come out from the settings.
  • Your mail account successfully configured with "Outlook Express"
• Now you can send or receive your mail by clicking "Send and Receive All".
