Using the ink bottle tool
You can stroke lines and shapes with only solid colors, not
gradients or bitmaps. Stroke attributes also include line width
and line style.
To use the ink bottle tool:

Select the ink bottle tool. |

Choose line color, line style, and line width from the
tool modifiers. |

Click a line or shape on the Stage. |
