Skewing objects
Skewing an object transforms it by slanting it along one or
both axes. You can skew an object by dragging or entering a value
in the Transform inspector.
To skew an object by dragging:

Select an object. |

Click the arrow tool and click the Rotate modifier. |

Drag a center handle.

To skew an object by specifying values:

Select an object. |

Open the Transform inspector (Window > Inspectors
> Transform). |

Click Skew. |

Enter angles for the horizontal and vertical values, and
click Apply.
