  1. Click on Folder List  button on the Standard Toolbar.
    This will display the total no. of files in your web in a Folder List..

  1. In Folder List, Double Click on "Index.htm" file.
    This will open the files "Index.htm".

  1. Click again on Folder List  button on the Standard Toolbar.
    This will hide the Folder List.

  1. Now, select the words "Click here to Continue".
