1) Insert a floppy disk into a drive

You can make an exact copy of a  file and then place the copy on a floppy disk. This is useful if you want to give a colleague a copy of the file

1) Insert a floppy disk into a drive

You can copy a folder the same way you copy a file. When you copy a folder, all the files in the folder are also copied
